Why is the Security Information message appearing?

I have created a new website for a client from her existing site. When
opening only 2 specific pages in IE this Security Information message box
appears: "This page contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you want
to display the non-secure items?" There is nothing special about these pages
that makes them different from any other pages in the website. I have
checked the source code and do not see anything that would trigger this
message box. Does anyone have any idea what causes this and how to stop it?

This Security Info box only appears for 2 of the 16 pages, so how can it be
due to a Service Pack or security update? What else could casue this to
appear and given it's only 2 of 16 pages how do I get rid of it. There is
nothing that needs to be secure on any of the pages. Isn't there a simple
fix to this?

The home page is https://home.comcast.net/~siberlink/index.html. The pages
with the problems are the In Memoriam & the Favorite Links pages. This
problem does not exist with any other pages.

The problem is not as you describe but affects all pages (including your
home page) depending on where you're coming from or going (secure or
insecure page). Most likely due to your use of a https:// URL which is
used for sites that need additional security and encryption. Try
reaching the same site with the more usual http://

In order to avoid this issue you have to use relative hyperlinks between all pages and images and
you can not have any external content on your pages that connect via http, when the user enters
https (SSL mode).

Unless you are doing e-commerce or asking for sec. sec. information, I see not reason for you to
have SSL on this site.
