Why is the red text portion of my document printing out in black?

This is the answer?

I have a document wherein certain parts of the text is typed in red. When I
print it out the entire text is in black. I need those red portions to print
out in red and I'm printing to a color printer! What am I doing wrong?

PLEASE HELP!

Is this a question about Microsoft Access databases? What application are you
attempting to print from? If Word, post your question in a Word news group.

If this is Access then check your printer property settings.

Ask your question of a newsgroup for the software application you are using.
This is for Access, a relational database that is part of Microsoft Office
Professional.

Check the printer settings. On some of my color printers I have the option to
choose print in color or print in black and white (gray scale really).
