Why is Outlook 2007 giving me blank messages

About a week ago Outlook 2007 beta stoped displaying messages. I have them
left on the server so that I can access them there. All messages and RSS
feeds are blank. I am not aware of anything that I added recently that
would cause this but I may have. I did remove the Norton antivirus that came
with the laptop, (expiring) and added AVG in its place.

You did add something that caused the problem: AVG. You need to disable
its Outlook integration (I believe it's called email certification). You
are safe without it. No need to worry about disabling it.

That did it thank you. I have lost the messages that were received during
that time but all before it or after it are OK. That is weird, guess AVG
people will have to work with MS about it

You don't have to remove AVG completely, just don't scan mail or scan mail
but disable the certification feature.

A real big thank y ou to all of you who solved my problem with outlook. I
was also getting blank messages..just with subjects and senders..I hae
uninstalled and reinstalled Beta office again but nothing had changed. I've
been hours trying to fix the problem...now thanks to your advice to disable
AVG scannign mail function I can finally go to sleep happily. I lost two very
important emails which apparently I cannot restore but I'm so relieved now.

BIG BIG THANK YOU GUYS
