Why is my webpage so slow?

Hi there,

I've tried to build a web page for a local boys and girls club, and for some
reason the load time is super slow. This is my first published page, and
I've done all sorts of reorganzing, but it is still the slowest page on the
internet (i think). Any suggestions on what i could do to speed it up?

Hi Matt,

I did not find it slow. Please note that we heard there was a major router outage earlier today.

Perhaps i need to clarify a bit. On occasion the main page (index.html)
loads up quick, but any hyperlinks take a long time.

I have no problems loading the index page or the links in a timely manner,
on cable broadband connection.
