Why is my ctrl-v not working?

In Word, my ctrl-c still works completely fine, but no matter how many times
i try, my ctrl-v has just quit pasting. How can i fix this?
 
Usually means the command has been inadvertently reassigned. Go to Tools >
Customize and click the Keyboard button. Find EditPaste in the command list.

If you haven't done any keyboard customizations of your own, you can click
Reset All to return to the defaults.


Another (much less likely) possibility is that the Clipboard is not working
properly. Can you use Paste from the Edit menu?
