Why is my computer trying to go here

When I open up my computer qnd right click on my c drive to look at properties my firewall asks if it can go to this site, I know what verisign is but why when I try to look at properties of c drive, I have done every kind of spyware scan and virus and I am really clean. What gives?

I found the answer on that link, I must have changed some security settings in IE relating to certificates. It appears to work for now. And, no I have legal copies, that was not the issue.
