Why is backing up Outlook so hard???

Almost anyone at some point will need to move from one computer over to
another one. Why did Microsoft make moving Outlook settings so damn
frustrating, hard, and obscure??? What happened to the one-click backup
feature that will backup everything you might possibly need?

Mail Folders and Data
Account Settings
Rules and Alerts
Macros
Calendar
Contacts
Tasks
Options, Customize, etc..

What's wrong with the File and Settings Transfer Wizard? (Start |
Programs | Accessories...)
