why i can't see the shared Resources

i have a Win2k RAS server ,i can't see the shared
resources on the dialed in PC (like printers or shared
folders).
i can only ping the IP address assigned by the server to
it.

Because a dialup connection does not carry broadcasts. For this reason,
you cannot resolve names to IP addresses across the link.

ok ,there is a solution for this ,
because i am printing from oracle server on a printer
installed localy on a machine in the remote site
