why(fix) the Data Sources ODBC Drivers show Spanish descriptions on Eng install ?

why when i open Data Sources -> Driver (or Connection Pooling)
the Driver Names are in Spanish on an Eng install

por ejemplo:
Driver da Microsoft para arquivos texto (*.txt)
Driver do Microsoft Access (*.mdb)
Driver para o Microsoft Vis FoxPro
Microsoft dBase-Treiber (*.dbf)

how to fix ?
