Why "extra line breaks in this message were removed"?

This message appeared above the "To:" in a gray shaded box.

When this happens the body of the message is gone. Why?

When I click the gray box "restore line breaks" appear.

I click that and the gray box now says "this message has extra line breaks"
and still now message in the body.

How do I turn this extra line break thing off? And will I then get the
message?

Dig around in the options. It's in there somewhere. Where probably
depends on WHICH version of Outlook that you use. Turn off the option
to remove extra line breaks; however, I bet that after you disable
this option that you will still end up with blank messages. If so,
come on back (in a new thread) if blank messages still occur after you
change the option.
