Why dont the smileys from different websites such as smileycentra.

Hello,
I have a question that has been bugging me lately. I have this program that
worked on my older version of outlook but does not seem to work with the 2007
version. It is just a simple download from smileycentral.com that allows you
to put different smileys into emails that you are sending out. Now when I
use one I cannot see any motion it may have when I place it into my email.
Likewise when people send me an email with one on it, I cannot see the motion
either. I do have windows vista and am not sure if that is where the problem
is but figured I would start here.

Not in Office 2007 because of Security reasons. Smiley Central is a Spyware site and you are better off by not even going there
