Why doesn't "redirect" appear as an option for setting up a rule

I want to redirect email to my BlackBerry, not forward it, but "redirect"
isn't an option in the Rules and Alerts dialog box. Has anyone else had this
problem?
 
what version of outlook? outlook doesn't support redirect with most versions
and only with exchange, when it's supported.

I am trying to forward all email coming into Outlook. My Exchange Server
tells me they are being sent but they are not arriving at my Blackberry. Yet,
when I manually forward messages from Outlook, they arrive.

Any thoughts?
 
exchange server is probably set to disable forwards to external addresses.
