Can't get Powerpoint 2003 to read mpeg-4 audio files?

What should I do?

Jeff,

These mpeg-4 audio files may be Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) coded. QuickTime
uses the AAC codec to encode audios. Although AAC coded audios have
excellent quality, PowerPoint does not support them.

I recommend that you convert them to MP3 or WMA audios.
