why doesnt my word online help?

why doesnt my word online help? when i try to go into the "Microsoft Word
Help" it doesnt work at all. My gran is very frustrated as she needs it for
work. if anyone can help me on how to get it to work, i would be VERY
Greatful.

If, when you click on more online information on the help , you get a syntax
error, I had this recently and it seems that Google Desktop can cause
problems with this function.
Uninstalled Google Desktop, repaired Word, etc and this search function know
works fine.
Unfortunately this does mean I don't have a good desktop search, I have
looked at other options but either I cannot use them due to
work-defined-restrictions or they don't have the functionality I require, so
if anyone has any suggestions I am open to suggestions.

thanks mate, thatsd helped....but my gran has decided to get office pro again
and uninstall everything else, she is getting like....errrrr office pro and
the rest for like £50 :O cheap as anything, WAS £348 or something but she
getting it for £50. but thanks for the help anyways mate
