why doesnt my RANDBETWEEN function work?

only problem I seem to have is that I don't seem to have the function. It
doesnt appear as a valid function. Even though I have Excel2003 and the
latest updates

Hi,

Go to Tools -> Addins -> Analysis Toolpak -> Ok
And then try it....

You have to install the Analysis ToolPack add in:
Tools->Add-Ins-> Analysis ToolPack
