Why Does Windows Update Keep Installing KB928366?

For weeks now Windows Update keeps telling me there are new updates for my
computer but each time it's the same update, KB928366. It indicates that it
has been installed but a few hours later or the next day I get the same
message. How can I stop this? I just checked the updates listed in
Add/Remove Programs and KB928366 is not listed.

You are not alone in the world having problems with that update - check for
advices in the Windows Update News Group:

I AM HAVING SAME PROPLEM,BUT WITH 58 DOWNLOAD EVERY DAY & RIGHT NOW DID SAME
THING,& IT TELLS ME THESE PROGRAMS WHERE NOT INSTALLED, PLEASE SOME ONE HELP?
