why does the "Full Name" show up on "Company" line of the address

Using Outlook 2003, when I enter a new address card, sometime - the contact's
name shows up on the address card like this:

ABC Company (Smith, Ralph)

And sometines it shows up like this:
ABC Company
Smith, Ralph

My entry is:
Full Name: Ralph Smith
Company: ABC Company
Save As: ABC Company (Smith, Ralph) (it won't let me save the name
correctly)

I would like for them all to show up like this:
ABC Company
Ralph Smith

It's very sporadic and makes no sense to me. HELP - PLEASE!!

If your "File As" field contains

ABC Company(Smith, Ralph)

It will show in the Address Cards view as in your first example. If it
contains this, however,

ABC Company (Smith, Ralph)

(i.e., a space between the company and the parenthesis) it will appear as in
your second example. If you sync with a handheld device, that can cause it
to switch from one File As to the other.
