why does res://emwrq.dll/index.html#96676 keep becoming my homepae

res://emwrq.dll/index.html#96676 keeps getting put back to my default page when i open IE! i dont know how to get rid of it and it is causing me problems, like i have to trype www. everytime i wana go somewhere, or IE will just freeze.

I NEED HELP BAD!!!!

This hijack can be difficult to remove.
First run CWShredder http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html you
may be lucky enough to have the variety that's easy to remove. (Alternate
site for CWShredder http://www.aumha.org/downloads/cwshredder.zip)

If that doesn't resolve the problem, work through these links:
