why does pictures move out of place on microsoft word webpage?

when you put a picture on microsoft word, and then save it as microsoft
webpage. Then u open the doccument, why does the picture move out of place?

This is a forum for access so you have asked in the wrong place.

In this case you Place your pictures in a table cell (and possition the
table absolutley) to keep the pictures in the same place. But you will get
more help from the Word forum about this and other Word questions.

The picture moved out of place because you are probably viewing the web
page (version) instead of the original Word document. The width of the
web page (version) occupies the full width of your browser's width
dimension. In contrast, the width of the Word document is fixed (i.e.
8" width for page printing), and the content is constrained within this
width.
