It depends upon how the page is constructed. Unless things like table cells
are forced to be a certain size, the browser will shrink them to what it
needs in order to display them. If words are loosely placed on a page the
browser will jumble them when the page is reduced in size. Basically, it's a
design consideration that effects the way things are initially built. It is
possible to build a site that survives re-sizing using tables with very
specific pixel sizes and then placing the text inside them. Without seeing a
URL it's hard to know what may be best in your case. If you post a URL we
