Why does Outlook put my and my wife's e-mail all in one box?

I and my wife each have e-mail accounts on Comcast. When Outlook retrieves
the mail, it puts the e-mail for both accounts in whoever's inbox who happens
to be checking the mail. I need for it to differentiate between the two.

Are they separate email accounts or aliases of the same account? If
aliases, you will need to use separate Windows logons to have the mail go to
each mailbox. Or you could use rules to move mails to separate folders for
each of you.
