Why does Outlook 2007 collapse folders while mouse scrolling?

I just switched from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. When I scroll my emails in
2007 using the mouse scroll wheel it collapses all the groups/folders. 2003
did not do this. I would like to be able to scroll up and down my emails
without folders collapsing on me. Any fix?

It's not an Outlook 2007 problem per se because it sure doesn't behave that
way for me on any of my Outlook 2007 installations (Windows XP, Vista, or
Windows 7). Examine your mouse's wheel settings.
