Why does my signature margin change between word and outlook?

When I edit my signature for outlook, I use MS Word (what automatically pops
up for an advanced edit). The signature looks great in Word, I save it, and
then when it is inserted in my email, things shift and don't look the way
that I had set it up.

You are using HTML format for email?
Word is hopeless, hopeless, hopeless for html editing.
Try downloading Homesite or some other free tool for editing the sig.

You are using plaintext format for email?
Word is not the best choice; try notepad.

You are using RTF for email?
That will not be appreciated by the recipients.
