Don't understand
If you opened your online site in FP and applied the new theme (and it was correct there)
- where does publishing come in
PS
After applying to the online site Publish changed pages from there to your local to prevent it from changing the online again

| Tried that - even tried recreating the site. Tried entering navigation as
| custom links vs. navigation structure. tried highlighting and changing font.
| No matter what I do it looks fine in FP & Print Preview but goes back to
