Why does Microsoft Outllook Calendar not accept appointments? This is the
first time this has happened!

Describe the exact symptoms.

It usually means you need to reset the view or delete the forms cache
(http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/formscache.htm) but it could mean you
have too many appointments.
