Why does internal web search return duplicate listings in results.

Duplicates appear to be the file names of existing files that were renamed.
Clicking on a duplicate result gets a page not found error. Example: the file
named "ET3-ACTIVE-Jones Company" was changed to be named "ET3-Jones Company".
Both file names still show up in the search results for the keyword ET3 as if
there were now two files.
 
Open the both your local and live sites in FP and run Tools | Recalculate Hyperlinks
