Why does Auto correct not automatically changing words listed

Remote transcriptionist are having problems with MSWord 2003 autocorrect not
correcting words that are listed.
Here is questions from user;
Hi Pat, In autocorrect I have "NOne" to be automatically changed to "None."
It doesn't happen.
 
You shouldn't need a specific AutoCorrect entry for that if you have
"Correct TWo INitial CApitals" checked.
 
The box is checked and the users continue to see the problem.
Please advise.

Also another user stated: "When doing spellcheck, and starting not at the
beginning of the report, spellcheck will not check the entire report, only
from the point you start to the end".
