Why does an error box appears stating "Can't add more fonts"

Many columns were duplicated with many rows of data. These worksheets were
then copied several times so that new data could be added later. After
several iterations doing this, the error message came up.

It took 20 times tryng to delete error box to make it go away. When trying
to add new data, the same error box appears.

There is a limit on this that you have hit. (It is raised in XL2007). A font
is counted as any variation of a font, size, colour, bold, etc, etc. and it
is pretty easy to get up to the limit in versions before 2007

To overcome this consider setting up some styles under Format>Styles and use
these to set the formatting. This way you can be sure that all styles are
the same and not have small differences that count toward the limit.
