Why does acces keep removing the last character of my queries?

Every time I edit a query it asks me to save it -- even if I didn't do
anything. Then if I happen to say Yes, it clips off the last character and
ruins the SQL.

Is this a known issue?

As you don't mention what version of Access you are using, the best any of
us can do is guess.

One of the older versions of Access had this problem before a service pack
came out.

If you let us know what version of Access you are using and what service
pack is installed, go to Help/About, someone might be able to give you more
information.
