Why do the e-mails i send get recieved several times

When i send e-mails i get the message that there has been an error in
sending, but the reciever recieves many times. Why is this occurring? Also
anything over 1mb will not send, this is a very big pain. Please help.

Version of Outlook? Do you have an outgoing mail virusscanner? Disable it
and see if it still happens.

I am having the same problem. I'll send several of the same type emails and
then one will say unable to send but the recipient still gets the email. No
one has been able to explain this yet.
