Why do my installed holidays end in 2002 instead of continuing?

I want to be able to view the installed holidays (christmas, new years day,
bank holidays etc) in my outlook calendar. However, whenever I install them
they finish in 2002 even though no end date is checked. I'm using Outlook
2000 and I've already downloaded all the necessary updates.
