I receive the following message whenever I try to save or use spell check in
Word. Any reason why this is happening? Do I need to have Word re-installed?

"The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your macro
security settings."

Thanks!

How are you trying to access spelling? It's possible that the spelling
command has been replaced by a macro that has the same name. It's also
possible that the keystroke you're using was reassigned to a macro.

If starting Word in safe mode (hold down Ctrl as Word starts, and say Yes to
starting in safe mode) "fixes" the problem, then the likely culprit is a
problem in Normal.dot. Set Windows Explorer to display hidden and system
files, then search for normal.dot and try renaming it.
