why do I have duplicate excel files - name:1 [vsync], name:2 [vsy

How do I remove duplicate excel files that are named - name:1 [vsync] and
name:2 [vsync]?
 
You saved the workbook when you had 2 windows open, press ctrl + F4 and save
the workbook
