Why do I have a red x instead of a picture in my email?

Sometimes I have a small box with a red X in it where a picture should be in
emails I receive. What is causing the graphic to not be displayed?

I have a similuar problem...

When someone sends me an email with 1 image inside the message, it shows up
as a box with a RED X. If they send a message with 2 images inside, the first
one has a RED X, but the second image shows up fine. Even when sending me 4,
5 or 6 images, only the first one will not display...the rest will view fine.


Anyone have any ideas on why this is happening? I use WIndowsXP Pro, and
Office 2003 Pro. I made sure I UNchecked the "don't download pictures or
other content automatically in HTML email".
