Why do I get these install screens when I open outlook up?

I can open outlook just fine, but I get all these temporary windows
attempting to access my floppy disk! How can I stop this action? Its
annoying!!!

When did this start happening and what did you do just before it dd (i.e.,
did you try importing something from a diskette)? If you click File>Data
File Management, what do you see? What version of Outlook?
