Why do hyperlinks in my email not work?

Recently my email messages restrict me from clicking a hyperlink within a
received email and I get the following message :

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator.

I have no doubt changed a setting somewhere but after hours of trying to
resolve, I have had no success.

Your help is appreciated,

I am using Outlook 2003

account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, mr_crowley asked:

I am having the same problem and have emailed Microsoft support. I will post
their reply when it has been received.

I've sorted this now. Thanks for the help anyway.

Thanks for the link it worked for me..after some frustration. Microsoft
search did not even bring up that link after several times of
searching...maybe its because its under outlook 2000 and I may have been
searching in outlook 2003...oh well it works now
