why do all my tasks appear in the task timeline at 00:00 hours

I am beginning to use Outlook Tasks more extensively. If I view the Tasks
Timeline all the tasks for a particular day show at 00:00 hours. How can I
allocate/move them to different times on the timeline?
 
what version of outlook? they should be set for the start or end time you
have configured for the work day.
 
Tasks have Start DATES and Due DATES not TIMES so the timeline will show
you a longer term view.
