why can't log in through Outlook 2007?

every time i try to connect to my email through outlook 2007 it doesn't work.
it keep asking me about my email and password.. and i am sure that they are
right.. and even i tried them on the web and they were working.. i use
hotmail emails.. and one thing i have choosen the server hotmail.. and
everything was set auto. to the name of the server
would somebody help me plz
