Why can't I update two fields at once?

Why won't the AnnUpdate update to yes when I run this query?? In fact, it says
it's going to update and then does nothing. If I take that part out, it does
fine. BTW, it's a yes/no field. Thanks!

UPDATE Positions INNER JOIN ([Employee Main] INNER JOIN [Accrual Main] ON
[Employee Main].[Employee ID] = [Accrual Main].employeeID) ON
Positions.Position = [Employee Main].Position SET [Accrual Main].VacAvail = 120
AND [Accrual Main].AnnUpdate = Yes
WHERE blah blah blah

Angi,

On the basis of the limited information you have given, I don't know
whether this is the only problem, but you have a AND instead of a , in
the SET clause of your query. Try...
SET [Accrual Main].VacAvail = 120, [Accrual Main].AnnUpdate = Yes
