Why cant I send e-mail from my outlook anymore?

I never have problem with my outlook, but now I suddenly cant send away
e-mails. When I send something, I just get this in a reply in my inbox:

Ämne: SV: hhhh
Skickat: 2009-06-02 14:51

Följande mottagare kunde inte nås:

550 RCPT TO:<[email protected]> Relaying not allowed - please
use SMTP AUTH

I can receive e-mails with no problem.
