Why can't I see my form in print preview?

I used the form wizard to create a form, but when I go to print preview, I
cannot see the form at all.

Ordinarily, one would not print a form. Forms are designed for
onscreen viewing; Reports are much better for printing.

The form will be blank in print preview if there is no data in the
table or query upon which it is based. If there's nothing in the
table, there's nothing to print!
