Why can't I recieve a picture?

I have my security set to download all picture and 99% is coming through, but
a friend has sent a picture that they have made thier stationary and I get
only the text and not the picture above it. I do not get the redX. Where the
picture is is just a big blank.
I just don't now what setting may need adjusting!

Hard to tell from here without any specifics. Are you sure it was attached
correctly in the first place? Does it show when you look at the email by the
webmai client proviced by your ISP?

I did check the email by provider (Comcast) and it is not in the email there
either. It has been sent to others and received by them. It was made in
Outlook express as stationary and says background when I view source.
