why can't I print any e mail messages from outlook express 6

When I try to print an e mail message,I keep getting a message that says:
"a runtime error has occoured.do you wish to debug?
line 1343
Error-Unspecified error

when I try to debug, it won't break and also won't allow me to continue?
 
Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.

I have had the same problem and today solved it by clicking on Start then
Run and typing in Regsvr32.exe %Windir%/System32/Ole32.dll
Good luck.
 
Thank you for the advice it worked, I had the sme issue: Runtime error; line
2020 in file ieframe.dll.
