Why can't I post in Excel Programming?

Hi -

I'm trying to post a question about how to do something in an Excel macro to
the Excel Programming group, but I can't seem to post anything. I've posted
to the test group, and here, but when I try Programming I don't get the New
Question window.

What's up?

Hi Mary,

It gets like that sometimes. Don't know why. Usually comes good after a
Period of time. Sometimes a short time and sometimes many hours.

Hi,

Sounds like you are probably using the web interface, if you use Windows
Mail or Windows Live Mail or another entry point you may find less problems.
Otherwise be patient or just post the programming question to one of the
other Excel areas, most of us look at all the threads.

Several times I have tried to set this up with my mail and I always finish
up with messages in Arabic. I have searched the Microsoft site for the
correct method of setting up with no success and always give up.

I use windows Vista with Windows Mail and there is an existing default
folder for Microsoft Communities. Could you either give me some instructions
or point me in the right direction for them please?
