Why can't I insert ClipArt into the header of a form in Access?

I am using Access 2003 but learning from an Access 2002 Level 2 book
published by Labyrinth. They want me to insert clipart by using the unbound
object frame and there are a list of objects to insert but Clip Art is not
one of them, why?!?

Since this is an MS Clip art, shouldn't I be able to insert it easily??

You should be able to open a form in design mode and then use Insert,
Picture and picking a graphic file such as .jpg, or using Insert, Object,
Microsoft Clip Gallery, etc.

Look for the Microsoft Clip Gallery.
The Clip Art is in the Clip Gallery.
