Why can't I import/export to/from my outlook?

Hi can someone pls help me? I have just installed microsoft office 2003 basic
edition. I am trying to import my emails from outlook express that i've been
using til now, but that option is not available anymore and I dont know why.
It is in the menu, but it is grey so I can not click on it. Do you know what
can be the problem? (It is not the "basic edition" problem cause I have the
same SW on another pc and i dont have that problem there). Thanks a lot for
answers!!

Have you set up your email accounts properly in Outlook? Have you activated
Outlook? Note that you cannot use the cd from the other computer to install
Office Basic. That is an OEM edition that is licensed for only the computer
it came on and will not activate on the other computer. Your best buy is a
Student/teacher version of Office that you'll be able to install on up to 3
home computers.
