Why can't I forward email?

In Outlook 2003, I get the following error when I try to forward an email: "
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)" Does
anyone know how to correct this? I didn't have this problem until I upgraded
to 2003 version.

You're not properly authentication to your outgoing server or domain of the
address you're using for the reply does not match the domain of the outgoing
server.
