Why cann't I see all of my drives in the recycle bin

When I look at the properties of the recycle bin, I only see my C: drive. I
also have a second internal drive that I used, in explorer it shows up as D:
but the recycle bin does not recognize it. WHen files are delete from D:
they are GONE permenrlty.
How can I add D: to the recycle bin?

Do a properties on the recycle bin and make sure that the
D: drive space is being included.

If that doesn't do it check that the hidden, system "recycled" folder
is on the volume and that those attributes are set for it. There
should also be a hidden/system "desktop.ini" in that folder. If not,
do a chkdsk /f, or copy in the one from the C: drive. I think
Windows pretty much auto-repairs the recycle bin as-needed --
at least I've never had to fool with it.
