Why can I not save my file all of a sudden?

HELP! I just opened my powerpoint presentation and it won't let me save it or
change any of the content. I can view it as a slideshow, and print it, but it
won't let me "save as" or even "save"! what is going on??
 
Which version of PPT? 2007 has a "marked as final" option. You can override
it by going to Office Button | Prepare and clicking Mark as Final again.
