Why aren't email pictures always received?

When I insert a picture in Outlook, it shows the picture in my Sent Mail
folder. However, the receipient doesn't receive it. I can go to Outlook
Express and send the exact same picture, and they receive it. Is there a
setting I need to change?

See if the "When an HTML message contains pictures..." option is checked
here: Tools menu > Options > Mail Format tab > Click Internet Format

Thanks for responding. I went there, and the option is checked. Under
Outlook Rich Text options, it's wet to convert to HTML format. Any other
ideas?

I have tried sending pictures that are stored on my hard drive, and also on a
CD. It doesn't seem to matter where I get them from. In my sent folder, it
shows the email exactly as I intend to send it, picture and all. However, on
the receiving end (and I've sent them to my yahoo address as a test, as well)
all that comes through is any text I may have included. If I follow exactly
the same steps in Outlook Express for inserting a picture as I did in
Outlook, everything comes through, picture and all.
